This six-story mixed-use development in Hoboken combines residential living with modern urban amenities. The project includes 43 residential units — five of which are designated as affordable housing — along with 32 garage parking spaces featuring a Klaus stacking system for efficient use of space.
602 Madison Street
H.O. Schlüter supplied all tilt-and-turn windows and sliding doors for this fully renovated five-story residential building in the heart of Hoboken. Each unit was finished with our durable black laminate foil, precisely color-matched to the aluminum façade for a seamless, modern look.
316-318 Garden Street
Located in the heart of Hoboken, 316–318 Garden Street is a boutique new construction development featuring just four exclusive residences. Each condo offers three spacious bedrooms, two full baths, and 1,700 sq. ft. of thoughtfully designed living space, blending modern elegance with everyday comfort.
